OZDE BEREKET is concerned with prevention of probable dangers by realizing continuous inspection of this application by Veterinary Doctors and Food Engineers. After about 1 year long efforts to improve the quality system and successfully completing the ISO 9001:2000 ve HACCP quality assurance test by specialist inspectors of URS/TURKEY on 13/06/2003, OZDE BEREKET has managed to have the first and only Turkish doner to receive URS/UKAS certificate. Moreover it has completely documented all stages of production by Food Register Certificate and Food Production Permission of Agricultural and Villagery Ministry.
