  • Profile: Akplast Co. is a manufacturer of  manual plastic water pumps and also plastic injection moulded parts made to order.  We offer manual water pumps, which fits on all kinds of 5 gallon PC bottles.  A must have for the household, office, campings, emergency areas, etc. that allows you to get water easily. Ensures stable water flow and durability. Our pumps have two years of guarantee. Made from food grade PP, our manual water pumps come in two different types. Our Dolphin model is our standart type where our Rhino model has a handle with 45 kg. lifting capacity, with which the bottle can also be carried when needed. Our pumps are sold nationwide and across Europe and Asia. Different colors and OEM designs can be made to order.   Akplast Co. also specializes in custom built injection molded  plastic parts.  In our manufacturing facility in Izmir, Turkey, we have modern equipment including  five plastic injection moulding machines with 190 to 240 tons capacities. We are also capable of designing and manufacturing molds. Our mold making shop has a CNC vertical machining center, sinker EDM and other necessary conventional machines. We utilize  various design softwares such as CIMATRON, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD.
